Alfa Romeo Giulietta first interior pics and MiTo gets DDCT
The forthcoming Geneva Motor Show will be stuffed with the innovations. With the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta will especially salient, but also the MiTo gets a scoop on. The MiTo will first be presented with DDCT, or Dual Dry Clutch Transmission. A DSG-bak so, but according to Alfa Romeo.
The benefits of the transmission with double clutch (a clutch for the even and odd one for the opposition) are well known. Faster, more flexible switching movements, less friction and therefore a lower consumption also lower CO2 emissions. This while the transmission through Alfa's DNA-button nature of software can be adjusted. So please, but expect the new Giulietta in the DDCT also available.
Another novelty is the renovated "Blue & Me-Tom Tom 'system. This is the current integrated infotainment "Blue & Me" replaced. A welcome update since the current system that has lost much of its form had in the meantime.
On the Giulietta is there to pick up news which includes the first definitive picture of the dashboard. True eye-catchers are the rockers we know of from the 8C Competizione. Furthermore, the course will Giulietta standard DNA (Dynamic, Normal, All Weather) with it. Expectations for Alfa's latest are high, especially as the Giulietta - nota bene by Alfa Romeo itself - the most dynamic in the felbevochten C-segment will be.
