Micro Mini, Mini Minor, Mini Mini, Small, Mini, Mini City, Mini Urban ... we do not yet know the name of the new Mini that will debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March 2011. The new Mini is developed under the project "i Mobility Initiative" which also accompanies the development of the BMW Megacity.
We know little about this project being developed in the offices of R & D if we know what is really the limit set for the maximum length of this new car (3.70 m), which is not so "mini" it since it corresponds to the length of the first generation Mini by BMW plus 7cm!!
In the viewfinder of the Mini, the Toyota IQ and the Smart Fortwo although it seems that we just riding on the two cars mentioned above because at BMW Mini still seems to hesitate between a car with two seats, one self up to three and a car to 3.5 places. Strange anyway since we returned in 2001 to 4 in a Mini or so we all put on weight and grew extremely since 9 years! We do not know if we will be entitled to a car with front engine as the Toyota or back, just like the Smart and whether there will be hybrids or electric motors and more motors L3 announced that as diesel fuel. In terms of design, the style of BMW boss, Adrian von Hooydonk announces development "exciting" look and spirit of Countryman and Mini Clubman still ... hard to imagine but hey, we'll see all this Geneva 2010.
