The successor to the Hyundai Tucson is iX35. As a trial, known as ix-onic, the car was shown at the Geneva Motor Show, which was 4.41 meters long series version then at the IAA. At its market launch in March 2010 have one two-liter gasoline engine with 160 hp and a new Zweiliterdiesel with 136 and 170 hp. Aggregates are being linked with a manual six-speed manual gearbox or a new six-speed automatic. The ix35 is available with both front-and four-wheel drive.
